PC Brown was a Police Officer in Stokely who investigated the disappearance of a man the Count abducted. The man actually turned out to be a wanted criminal and so the Count was praised when he was discovered. He was certain that he had met Robin Branaugh before, and finally realised that he had reported a UFO sighting.
