Looking for companionship, Hephaestus forges himself a gold plated girlfriend named Galatea. Hercules goes to see Hephaestus and sees the woman he just created. Hephaestus breathes life into her and says she will be awake shortly and that he must have the perfect gift. Hercules stays with Galatea, but she awakes before Hephaestus gets back.
