Abin Tabal was the leader of a terrorist cell located in Los Angeles which was eventually dismantled by members of the Washington D.C. based Major Case Response Team and their Los Angeles Office of Special Projects counterparts although two or three members died at the hands of Michael Rivkin, an agent for the Israeli Mossad.
