The Temple to the Seven Fortunes at Otosan Uchi was built in the Chisei district near the border with the Karada district. There were one small pagoda-like temple for each of the seven Fortunes, surrounded by grass. The central structure was a school for noble children. It was the second oldest temple devoted to the Seven Fortunes, second to Gisei Toshi.
