Terence "Terry" McGovern (born May 11, 1942) is an American film actor, television broadcaster, radio personality, voice-over specialist and acting instructor. At Disney, he is best known as the original voice of Launchpad McQuack. He also voiced Babyface Beagle and Poe de Spell in DuckTales.
