Ikoma Katsu was a bard and historian of the Lion Clan who attended the Tournament of the Samurai at Pale Oak Castle. He was a short, flat faced man with large, clumsy looking hands. He wore his hair in a strict samurai topknot, and would speak slowly and carefully. When proving points he would frequently use examples of great samurai or famous battles to strengthen his argument. He was opposed to the peace effort between the Isawa and the Dragon.
