Doctor Harry Bernard, Sr. was a Starfleet lieutenant in the 24th century. Bernard was an oceanographer and served in the sciences division of Starfleet when he was assigned to Zadar IV and later to the USS Enterprise-D. Bernard was played by Dierk Torsek.
