Its in-game description reads "A valuable armband made of gold." Like all the armbands for Monica you can charge it. Remember : the longer you charge, the more powerful the projectile will be. But only do this when you're sure that the enemy won't come on you at fast speed. It's a low-tier weapon (Tier 3) : it'll gain 3 Synthesis Points (SP) after every-level up.
