Investigation into the Murder of Navy Captain Parker Wayne is an investigation that the main NCIS Major Case Response Team conducted in February 2006. The investigation began after NCIS/Mossad Liaison Officer Ziva David found Captain Wayne's severed head in a cooler in the trunk of a stolen during the Arrest of the Navy Petty Officers Involved in Operating an Illegal Chop Shop.
