Hoolar Freeb was a female Ithorian mercenary who lived at the time of the Galactic Civil War. She was a member of the Azure Cabal, a mercenary group lead by Loruna Scathe. Scathe placed Hoolar in charge of the Cabal's operations against Frosch Industries, a biomedical company based in Kor Vella on Corellia.
