Yin Release: Storm Slash (陰遁・嵐切り, Inton: Rangiri) is a simple expansion on the cutting principles of Wind Release. By integrating the properties of form-giving chakra into the wind he directs with his staves, Shuten proceeds to create an entirely solid construct of white wind that can clash with even the strongest of blades without its path being interrupted. Due to being of such concentration, however, Shuten cannot create more than one of these "blades" at a time. However, he remarks that their usefulness stems from being both a close-ranged slash to a long-ranged projectile technique.
