Mrs. Broadus is the grandmother of Preston "Bodie" Broadus. Bodie lives with his grandmother. Mrs. Broadus is played by Caroline G. Pleasant. Mrs. Broadus is at home when detectives Thomas "Herc" Hauk and Ellis Carver serve a search warrant for Bodie. Hauk apologises to Mrs. Broadus for using profanity. Mrs. Broadus also accompanies Bodie to a juvenile court appearance. Bodie remains in contact with his grandmother in season 3 but she does not appear.
