Relations between West and East Transdonia (officially known as the English Confederation) was poor, due that the E.C. claims to have human slaves as property. On 26 September 2013, a civil war came between two warring areas, East and West of Transdonia. The Provisional People's Committee of Britain declared war on the Confederacy. The Transdonian National Council follows communism, they dislikes the idea of slavery and believe that the people should be treated equal. Luke Walker borrowed the idea of the 13th Amendment and began the election for the constitution to abolish slavery on 28 September 2013.
