Pokemon: Diamond & Pearl is the 3rd series of the Pokemon anime. The series star a new main protagonist Lucas and his adventures in home region Sinnoh. Lucas is accompanied by a girl named Dawn, who like Lucas is native to Sinnoh in Twinleaf Town, and the second top main charecter in the series. Another one of Lucas' companions is Roark, a gym leader of Oreburgh City. Team Rocket are still in the series as antagonists chasing after Lucas and his friend's pokemon and oppose Team Galactic. Team Galactic is one of the major villain teams going after Dialga and Palkia like most other villainous teams went after the Legendary Pokémon in their region.
