Rudolf, 7th Viscount of Worcester (b. November 17th, 2892 - d. June 18th, 2980) was the Imperial Commissioner of the Hulstrian Empire from 2962 to 2972 and former Crown Commissioner of Budenlar; the Viscount was also for a time the Chief Presiding Officer of the Karl III Military Academy in Kien. Worcester held the rank of Major-General in the Imperial Marine Corps, 4th Imperial Marine Infantry Divison.
