Tanery Base Shuttleport was a military shuttleport that served as Regent Aral Vorkosigan's headquarters during Vordarian's Pretendership, located in a district some distance south of Vorbarra's District. Over a decade later, it was still in operation and used to transfer military personnel from the planet to their warships.
