The Voice Over Man is an unseen character, and a disembodied voice who is heard to do voice overs on the show. The show breaks the Fourth wall by making it that not only can Basil and the gang hear the voice overs but can talk directly to the voice over man. He is often seen announcing what is going to happen before it happens and is known to insult Stephen at times. He often annoys the gang but occasionally he manges to undo some of the mistakes that Basil and the gang have made. He hasn't been "seen" since Series 4. He is credited as Basil Soper.
