"Doofens Day" was a holiday celebrated in the 2nd Dimension during Heinz Doofenshmirtz's reign. According to Candace, this was the only day where the citizens of Danville could make noise. After the events of the movie, the holiday was probably canceled once Doofenshmirtz was arrested.
