Misa Arashiyama is the daughter of Commander Arashiyama. She was also Commander Arashiyama's secretary and took care of the talking dog CC. In Episode 29, she transforms into White Rose Mask (白バラ仮面 Shiro Bara Kamen) (it is likely she just made the suit) to aid Sun Vulcan in their battle against Red Rose Mask (Rose Monger).
