Concha was a female bluepill that appeared in the Machinist mission Trace Route (Episode 1.3), where she was at the building where the Machinist player was scanning for traces of the flies that were hanging around with the Assassin. She was presumably dressed up in a mask in preparation for Danial Copley's Bachelor party.
