The Giants' Key can be found by traveling southeast from the Silent Obelisk until three paths appear, then taking the left path which eventually leads to a tunnel. On the other side of the tunnel is a plateau. When The Giants' Key is active, the plateau will be guarded by Deluded Igna. Once they have been defeated, the Giants' Key can be found buried near a tree on the plateau.
