Akalee'gan was the wife of Hacoh'gan, Janen'gan's mother, and Evon Gane's grandmother. She was one of the oldest members of the Gan Clan. Unlike her husband, she thought highly of Janen'gan and viewed her husband as a 'bad boy.' She was incredibly excited when she found that Evon was her grandson. She was the one who explained everything that had happened to him, and told him of his parent's death on the Starferry. She died of old age before she learned of Evon's twin sister, Catherna.
