Rikko the Enchanter is a friendly penguin that can enchant items for the player, for a price. Rikko can add helpful enchantments and sockets, but sometimes curses the object. He could possibly be related to Pikko the Fisherman, but this is unsure. Rikko lives in the graveyard of Grove, and hangs out near Gimbo Tel.
