Bansche Tech (or Banche Tech) was a major droid-manufacturing corporation that specialized in the manufacturing of black market assassin droid components. After the Battle of Yavin it was nationalized by the Galactic Empire, likely in an effort to keep its products out of the hands of the Rebel Alliance, and absorbed into the Imperial Droid Corporation.
