Cotor was a Bajoran male and member of the clergy. In 2318, Cotor held the rank of vedek and he attended Kai Meressa as she escorted the Oralian clerics Hadlo and Bennek around the Naghai Keep and later took them to the Kendra Monastery. While at the monastery, Cotor objected when Meressa allowed Hadlo to view the Orb of Truth. In 2323, Cotor was killed at the monastery when a Tzenkethi marauder attacked Bajor.
