The Secessionist Union, also referred to as the People's Occupation Government, was a rebel alliance formed on the planet Harvest. Not much is known about the Secessionist Union, although given its title, it likely held some interest in encouraging colonies to break away from the UNSC. Its leader was Jerald Mulkey Ander who was assassinated in 2502 by Avery Johnson during Operation: KALEIDOSCOPE. The union was most likely dissolved after the assassination of its leader.
