The summer effect is a rarely documented, but often witnessed, phenomenon that occurs with females (and to a lesser extent, males) who attend some sort of full time school, whether it be high school or college. It is categorized by a plain looking individual turning into a sexy beast in a matter of months, with no matching personality or lifestyle change. It occurs most often with high school girls. It can happen more than once.
