The Chamber of Stars was the official meeting place of the Solarian League Assembly in the city of Old Chicago on Earth. It was a huge hemispherical dome that could hold all the thousands of delegates from the League's various member worlds. The Speaker's chair at the central podium was crowned by a hologram of Earth. The Chamber's design included sound baffles around each delegation's formal box, which reduced the background noise so that voices inside each box were clearly audible. (HH13)
