Robert Masters Chart (1850-10 February 1942) was a builder and local politician. He was head of the firm of Chart, Son and Reading, of Croydon and Mitcham. In 1934 he was Charter Mayor of the Borough of Mitcham, Surrey. At the time it was noted that the Chart family had been involved in the local government of Mitcham for five generations.
