Greel-wood syrup was a type of syrup produced from the greel-wood trees of Far Hiradne on Lothal. Holshef, who was later an elderly poet on the planet, was once an apprentice sap collector who collected sap to make this syrup. It became a rare commodity once the Galactic Empire cut down the forests in which the greel-wood trees grew, but the Ithorian known as "Old Jho" kept a bottle of vintage Hiradne syrup.
