Mr. Gyro is a restaurant that serves gyros and sodas and is the Dimension 23 version of Mr. Smoothy. It appeared in Store 23. Ben 23 is a brand ambassador for the establishment, and there is an ongoing contest running there where those who can guess which alien Ben 23 is going to use next will receive a free gyro or soda. His catchphrase is "It's gyro-time!" and his endorsement of the franchise includes posters, T-shirts, pendants and other merchandise. Ben 23 even endorses Mr. Gyro whilst fighting. Ironically, Ben 23 isn't really fond of gyros, referring to them as "yokel-food."
