Konoha's Reserve Force (木ノ葉隠れの充員部隊 Konohagakure no Yobi Butai) is a small, surgical strike force comprised of willing former ninja trainees that have either failed their graduation exams or their genin tests, yet still wish to pursue the career as Konoha Shinobi and Kunoichi. Founded by the Second Hokage, their purpose is to be available to address unforeseen situations, bolster defenses, or exploit opportunities against any kind of enemies, at any given time.
