Amy Marie Ngoudje, formerly known by the ring name LA Freeq (pronounced 'Lah Freak'), is a hardcore and tag-team wrestler. She was born in Jamaica to a British-Jamaican mother and Cameroonian father, but grew up in England. As a teen she moved to California and has often been mistaken for an American due to her transatlantic accent. She currently resides in England once more. She trained with, and is a close friend and former tag team partner of, Sarah "Baby Dogg" Warner.
