The game has two modes of gameplay: Man's Last Stand is the normal, massively multiplayer version of the game. This mode is rivaled by a single player mode, known as Sole Survivor. The development team have stated that it has not yet been decided as to whether you can switch between the two modes at your whim or to lock your characters to their selected mode of play. The game employs extremely simplistic graphics, allowing for more content that is vast in its quantity as well as its quality (ex: palette swaps do not exist in the game).
