Kolhar was a cold and largely barren planet located near the Rossak system, and on the nearby trade routes from Ginaz. Despite being uninhabited, it's environment was viable by humans. Norma Cenva, after her torment and transformation, used Xerxes's ship to transport herself there. She then left a telepathic signal and summoned her mother Zufa Cenva there. Having a minimal human population prior to the Butlerian Jihad, the planet was quickly transformed by Norma Cenva into the manufacturing center for Spacefolder space vessels.
