Sergeant Major of the Corps Jeffrey Curtis Rawlins (born July 26, 2342, in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania) is a fictional character created by Joshua Underwood in the Star Trek universe. Rawlins is Underwood's most recent character, and has been portrayed by Dutch actor Rutger Hauer since his inception in 2005.
