Mona Everspring is a high elf located in the Magus Commerce Exchange in Dalaran. She can provide directions for various locations in Dalaran. Unlike other high elves, she has blue hair and the same glowing eyes that death knights have, as well as a female night elf (high elves usually have night even voices) death knight's voice.
