Mitch Dolgen is an antagonist and survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is the older brother to Pete and also a member of Caesar Martinez's camp before becoming the right hand man of the Governor. He serves as the secondary antagonist of the first half of Season 4.
