Two years after the conflict with Shredder and the Krang the Turtles continue to the protect the city now with the police on their side. Until one faithful day a new menace comes to Earth to control the people and it's resources but new allies join the fight and help to save Earth before the people of Earth are brought to their knees or face destruction.
