George Gernway is set up on a blind date by Marlene Griggs-Knope with Leslie Knope. His favorite rock band is The Everly Brothers, a country-influenced rock band from the 1950s and 60s. He tells the documentary camera crew he is getting "very positive signals" and agrees to go with Leslie to the rock show, where Tom Haverford makes fun of Leslie for being with George. George starts to fall asleep at the show and decides to go home.
