Captain Shal'kn was a Lepi born on Coachelle Prime. He enlisted into the Lepi military before the Hutt's took over the world as slavery. Before The Lepi Revolution began he along many other Lepi military were sent to the military city of Coag'el. Including them, other military prisoners, and Lepi protesters they took over Coag'el and Founded the Lepi Revolutionists.
