The Gem of Truth is an item Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town as well as Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town. The Gem of Truth is made by collecting all nine Jewels of Truth. The jewels can be found in multiple places spread around Mineral Town. Once you have all 9 of them, the Gem will be assembled and will go into the Tools section of your Rucksack.
