Wild Shouting Technique is a low-level Genjutsu Izumi developed during her time training on the Island Turtle in Kumogakure, her home village. By focusing and gathering chakra in their chest and channeling it through their throat and out the mouth, the user manipulates their voice to the sound level of a large explosion. Although created by the young girl to stave off wild animals in her time training, when used on human targets the Wild Shouting Technique can leave them disoriented and nauseous, much like the similar, subtle techniques used by the shinobi of the Sound Village.
