Bakuran Akahiro is a young ninja of the notorious Akahiro Clan. The Akahiro Clan is an indepdendent ninja clan that is known for its belligerence. During the period of Naruto's reign as Hokage of Konoha he wen to great lengths to establish diplomatic ties with the Akahiro Clan in order to try and convince them to join the village. as part of the diplomatic process Bakuran was sent to Konoha to learn from them, and take part in missions. Bakuran for his part was upset to have been sent to live among outsiders and was initially hostile towards Konoha and its residents. He was placed in Team 3 along with Jiraiya Uzumaki and Shiori Tatsubaki. eventually he came to look on his team mates from Konoha as comrades and friends.
