Appearing as towers floating in pieces, Outposts boast the most highly advanced weaponry ever developed by the Xel'naga (Starcraft II concepts: Xel'naga tower). Due to countless millienia of disuse, they were mostly dormant until the incidient at Bhekar Ro.
