Swivel is an unfathomably cheerful and optimistic small femme, to the point where perhaps many would think she's nuts (and bolts too!), or oblivious to the dangerous and suffering around her. Most people just think she's annoying. This is due to her incessant chatter and tendency to pry into people's personal space, which is a perilous hobby. She's nimble, observative, and an expert at running away, which makes her a good scout but a lousy warrior (further detrimental is her aversion to violence), which is why she has not joined any military. In fact, she's hardly a scout since she reports to no one but her own idle curiosity. Nonetheless, she gets around in her durable Reversible Wheeler alt, a flat chassied vehicle with large wheels making it capable of driving even after being flipped.
