Rebecca Monticelli was a Comstockian citizen and a member of of the Mesan Alignment's Monticelli Alpha line. She had black hair, dark eyes, and a skier's tan. Her favorite recreational past time was cross-country skiing. As of 1922 PD, she held the office of President and secretly belonged to Albrecht Detweiler's inner circle of the Alignment. (HH12)
