The Clay Lane Estate is a small council estate on the eastern edge of Clay Lane in the South Yardley area of Birmingham. Plans for the estate were approved in 1970 and it was constructed by Bryant, being completed in 1972. The estate is predominantly low rise, although one 11 storey tower block named Wheeldon House was constructed using the Bison construction method.
