Klarm was the provincial scrutator for the region of Borgistry in the later years of the Lyrinx War. He was in command of an air-floater attempting to apprehend Perquisitor Fyn-Mah and Irisis Stirm, on the orders of the Council of Scrutators, which was shot down on Fyn-Mah's orders. Klarm was the only survivor of this and during his recovery was in command of Nennifers defence.
