Theodoric II was the Count of Are-Neuenahr from 1265 until 1270, and the Count of Neuenahr from 1270 until 1276. Theodoric was the son of Count Gerhard II. After his death, Neuenahr was partitioned into itself and the line of Neuenahr-Rösberg.
